Shipping policy

We’re delighted to offer free shipping on all U.S. orders, no minimum required. Every piece is packaged with care and sent on its way from our little corner of Virginia.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3–5 business days after payment is received. During holidays or large shop updates, processing may take a bit longer—but we’ll always keep you updated if there’s a delay.

Shipping Method

All orders ship via USPS Ground Advantage—a reliable, eco-friendly option that includes tracking and typically arrives within 2–5 business days after shipment.

You’ll receive an email with tracking details once your order is on its way.

Delivery

Pennypacker Lane is not responsible for delays caused by USPS or for packages marked as delivered that are not received. Once your order has been handed off to the carrier, delivery is out of our control.

If your package is lost in transit, please contact USPS directly with your tracking number and let us know so we can assist however possible.

Combined Shipping

Since we offer free shipping, there’s no need to worry about multiple order charges—but when possible, we’ll still combine items into one package to reduce waste and shipping materials.
